As Head of Product Design at ReSource Network, I led product and design for a decentralized mutual credit marketplace: work that contributed to $5.8M raised over three rounds, onboarded 300 businesses, and facilitated $500K in transactions.
At Wrench I came on as their first dedicated design hire and grew into Head of UX and UI as the company scaled from 50 to 100+ employees. The fleet product I designed there drove 200% market growth and remains the company’s primary expansion lever.
